Carpet Cleaning Process
First Impressions utilizes the following 10 step process for cleaning your carpet:
- Pre-inspection for areas of concern such as spots, stains and heavy traffic areas.
- Pre-vacuuming to remove loose and dry soils.
- Pre-conditioning spray applied to carpet to loosen dirt which has attached itself to the carpet fibers.
- Gentle agitation in traffic areas to work in the pre-spray.
- Steam clean rinse of all carpet fibers to remove soil, oils and odor-causing substances from your carpet.
- Specialty spotters utilized to remove the stubborn stains.
- Post-inspection to make sure all areas of concern have been addressed.
- Premium carpet protector applied to shield your investment for years to come.
- Final grooming and clean-up of your carpeted areas.
- First Impressions gives all our clients a free spotter bottle along with our 15-day guarantee. If excess dirt in traffic areas or any spots return after the carpet has dried, we will come back to your home at no charge.
"FIRST IMPRESSIONS WAS ABLE TO CLEAN A SPOT IN THE CARPET THAT STANLEY STEEMER FAILED TO REMOVE ON TWO OPPORTUNITIES. They are courteous, polite, prompt and do a great job! No negative comments - very satisfied!! Maybe try charging a little bit more (but not for us!!). Benefits we received are a clean carpet with honest and professional work ethics."
Claudio Manubens, Physician, Windermere
"Our 2-year-old spilled every drink and dropped everything he's eaten on our living room carpet, which produced stains every 2 inches. I never thought every spot could be removed. I would have been satisfied with half of them removed. TO MY AMAZEMENT, YOU CLEANED MY CARPET "SPOTLESS", AND IT LOOKS AS IF WE INSTALLED NEW CARPET. Unbelievable!"
Bridget McCabe, Domestic Engineer, Ocoee
"They took the time to explain the cleaning process in advance. The results for 3 wool rugs and my kitchen grout were fantastic. The employees were knowledgeable and professional, and THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS!!"
Gail Carroll, Housewife, Windermere
